Our Shipping Methods: Envelope or Box
Envelope:
- Cost-effective for small items.
- Suitable for orders with low theft risk.
Box:
- Recommended for larger or valuable items.
- Reduces theft risk since La Poste won’t leave the box if no one is home.
Important Information:
- Correct Address: Ensure the address matches your mailbox. If absent, La Poste will hold the package for 15 days at your local post office.
- Countries Not Served: We do not ship to certain countries. Please check our help page for the full list.
Estimated Delivery Times for Europe:
- Standard: 9 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
- Express (if available): 5 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking:
- You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page. Enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your delivery.
Customs Fees and Taxes:
- Just to let you know, your country may apply customs fees, which are your responsibility. We are not liable for these charges.
Shipping Service:
- All orders are shipped via La Poste. We do not use private delivery services like Amazon. La Poste will only contact you after delivery. You can collect the package from your local post office within 15 days if you are absent.
Undelivered Packages:
- If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t picked up in time, the customer will be charged re-shipping fees, even if the initial shipping was free or included in the purchase.
