Flocking Guide

What is Flocking?

Flocking is the process we use to apply names, numbers, logos, sponsors, and patches to your custom jerseys. When choosing flocking, you must select the color matching the design. For example, if you want your sponsor in black, you’ll need to select “Black” from the flocking color options.

Choosing Your Flocking Color

All custom elements on our jerseys—names, numbers, logos, sponsors, or patches—are applied via flocking. When customizing, ensure you select the appropriate flocking color. For example, choose Black as the flocking color if you want your sponsor in black. Similarly, for names and numbers in white, select White during customization.

How Flocking Works

With our customization tool, you can select your flocking color, enter your text (name/number), or upload your logos or images to be flocked onto your jersey for a unique look.

Care and Washing

Flocking is machine-washable. To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing the jersey inside out at 30°C. To prevent damage, avoid ironing directly over the flocking.

Available Flocking Colors
Here’s a list of flocking colors available:

  • White
  • Black
  • Red
  • Blue
  • Sky Blue
  • Fluorescent Yellow
  • Fluorescent Orange
  • Fluorescent Pink
  • Green
  • Metallic
  • Gold

No Flocking? No Problem!

If you select the “No Flocking” option, your jersey will be delivered without any added text or logos in its base color.

Two-Tone Flocking for Added Style

We offer a two-tone flocking option that allows you to choose two colors for your texts or logos, adding an extra layer of customization to your jersey.

Black Flocking on a Black Jersey?

Yes, it’s possible. However, we recommend choosing a contrasting color for your flocking for better visibility.
